Events Executive Location: Moira Salary: £28k- £32k per annum – dep on experience Location- Moria- Full driving licence and access to a Car is essential Our client, one of Northern Ireland’s leading media and events companies, who are seeking an enthusiastic Events Executive to join their growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering high-quality events, building strong commercial relationships, and supporting the creation of leading industry content. Key Responsibilities: * End-to-end planning and execution of events, including on-the-day management. * Liaising with speakers and coordinating travel and accommodation arrangements. * Managing exhibition and sponsorship sales, handling bookings, and ensuring client satisfaction. * Building and maintaining strong relationships with sponsors and commercial partners. * Developing and executing targeted marketing campaigns across digital and print channels. * Maintaining and updating company databases and contact lists. * Assisting editorial teams with research, fact-checking, and proofreading for publications. The Ideal Candidate: We’re looking for a motivated self-starter with a passion for events and communications, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. You will have: * At least 2 years’ experience in events coordination or a similar role. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Strong organisational skills with a professional and engaging manner. * Experience working to tight deadlines and managing competing priorities. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. * Ability to take initiative and work independently.
