The Right Client: Nominate Recruitment are thrilled to be partnering with a highly successful events-based business who are now keen to recruit a Digital Marketer to join the team. The role would be suited to a recent graduate or if you have 1-2 years marketing experience and are seeking to progress your career.
Working closely with the Head of Marketing, Directors and team, the candidate will be integral in supporting and promoting all our events and subscription offering with creative and engaging marketing campaigns. This role requires digital marketing skills across multiple marketing channels including email, paid and organic social media, PPC, SEO and coordinating with website management.
The Right Role:
- Plan, create and deliver email marketing campaigns.
- Maintain and grow social media audience of over 150,000 using various techniques.
- Write engaging content for organic and paid ads leading to conversions and lead generation.
- Support the development and implementation of marketing initiatives across all marketing channels.
- Build and retain a large database of subscribers using digital marketing avenues.
- Report monthly on marketing results, including website analytics, marketing campaign effectiveness and subscriber growth. These should include recommendations for optimisation and improvement based on learnings.
- Report on ad ROI, including how it should impact future advertising planning and strategies.
- Assist with the maintaining of our websites, including SEO strategies, uploading content and ensuring all content is up to date and accurate.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure cohesion between the sales and marketing strategies.
- Support the wider team in managing upcoming events, magazine and product releases.
The Right Fit: Ideal candidates will have:
- Qualification in marketing or another relevant qualification.
- Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Experience using Google Analytics and social media tools.
- Experience creating and managing Google & Facebook ad campaigns.
- Effective time management skills.
- Creative flair in creating new ad campaigns.
