We are currently working with a well-established organisation based in Belfast who are seeking a Scheduling Administrator to join their busy and supportive team. This is a full-time, on-site position where you will play a key role in coordinating appointments, maintaining accurate schedules, and ensuring clear and effective communication with both clients and internal teams.
The Role
- Managing and coordinating appointment schedules efficiently
- Maintaining accurate records and updating scheduling systems
- Acting as a key point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders
- Handling incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Providing administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
