The Role

As the key point of contact for commercial clients, you will manage commercial property sales and lettings while providing expert guidance throughout the process. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a client-facing, results-driven role with strong earning potential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the main point of contact for all Commercial Clients
  • Manage and advertise commercial sales and lettings
  • Handle commercial lease negotiations and sales terms
  • Negotiate commercial lease renewals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Work collaboratively with the wider team to deliver excellent results

Essential Criteria

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar commercial property role
  • Strong negotiation and client management skills
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a car
