Commercial Administrator Belfast (BT3) Salary: Negotiable Permanent | Full-time Working Hours: 7.30am–4.30pm or 8.00am–5.00pm. Nominate Recruitment are recruiting a Commercial Administrator for a thriving Business based in Belfast. This is a great opportunity for an organised and detail-oriented administrator who enjoys working with figures, maintaining accurate records and supporting a busy commercial team. Previous administration experience within construction, contracting, property services or building materials advantageous but not essential. Key Responsibilities: * Providing administrative support to the Commercial Team. * Preparing spreadsheets, reports and commercial documentation. * Raising purchase orders and processing subcontractor invoices. * Assisting with valuations, cost reports and financial information. * Monitoring project costs, tracking invoices and identifying discrepancies. * Maintaining accurate records of client instructions, variations and project documentation. * Liaising with suppliers, subcontractors and internal teams. * Supporting bid and tender preparation. What We're Looking For: * Previous administration experience in a fast paced environment * Good Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel. * Strong numerical ability and excellent attention to detail. * Excellent organisational and communication skills. * The ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines. * A proactive approach and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
