My client, a growing and innovative business within the membership and rewards sector, is seeking a Business Development Executive to help expand their partner network across Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in partnerships, commercial growth, and business development. You’ll play a key role in securing exclusive offers, discounts, and rewards that enhance the value of Membership Plus and Perks cardholders.

The Role

You will take ownership of the full partnership lifecycle — from identifying and approaching new venues to negotiating commercial agreements and managing ongoing relationships. Working closely with businesses across hospitality, retail, leisure, and lifestyle sectors, you will secure high-value partnerships that strengthen the overall member offering while driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and target new venue partners across NI & ROI
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of commercial opportunities
  • Conduct outreach campaigns through HubSpot, phone calls, networking, and face-to-face meetings
  • Deliver engaging presentations and pitches to prospective partners
  • Negotiate exclusive offers, discounts, and promotional packages
  • Manage and renew existing partner agreements, identifying opportunities to improve terms and grow relationships
  • Promote and sell Perks cards directly to venue partners
