We are delighted to be working with a well-established and forward-thinking company based in Antrim, who are seeking a Customer Engagement Specialist to join their growing team.
In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for customers. You’ll play a key role in building strong customer relationships that drive satisfaction, loyalty, and long-term retention, while working closely with Sales, Marketing, and Support teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities- Provide ongoing administrative support to the Sales Team and customers
- Act as the first point of contact for customer queries and support
- Answer and appropriately forward incoming calls
- Manage workloads efficiently and ensure timely progression through to invoicing
- Design and implement effective communication plans and personalised customer touchpoints
- Track customer engagement behaviour and produce reports to identify trends and insights
- Engage proactively with customers: address inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate as necessary
- Provide technical and product support, guiding users and troubleshooting problems
- Develop positive rapport and advocate for customers internally
- Implement strategies for customer retention, loyalty programs, upsell/cross-sell initiatives
- 1-3 years of experience in a customer engagement role, administrative, or customer service role
- Experience with line of business applications and invoicing
- Background in SaaS, e-commerce, or technical environments
- Familiarity with data reporting tools, e-commerce platforms, and proficiency in Microsoft Office
