The Right Client: Nominate Recruitment are thrilled to be partnering a Transport company based in Ballymena who are seeking an Administrator to join their Compliance Department. The successful candidate will be supporting the Compliance Team in ensuring that haulage business adheres to all relevant transport regulations and safety standards in the UK. This role will involve monitoring driver compliance, maintaining records, assisting with audits, and ensuring adherence to industry legislation such as Operator Licensing, DVSA, and Company policies.
The Right Role:
- Assist in ensuring compliance with DVSA regulations, Operator Licensing requirements, and Health & Safety laws.
- Monitor driver and vehicle compliance, including tachograph analysis and driver hours regulations.
- Maintain accurate records for drivers, including bi-annual licensing checks.
- Support the preparation of compliance reports and audits.
- Conduct internal compliance checks and assist with external audits.
- Monitor and report any non-compliance issues to management.
- Assist in investigating and resolving compliance-related incidents.
- Communicate regulatory updates and company policies to drivers.
- Support in implementing and updating compliance procedures to drivers and continue to check they are being upheld.
