You will be responsible for delivering projects within established objectives and contributing to the strategic growth of the company.
What will you do?
- Lead and manage projects, project contracts, and associated commercial, technical, and operational opportunities and risks.
- Maintain contact with the client, managing contracts regarding scope and variation orders.
- Direct all activities internally and with third parties, focusing on planning, budget, and quality.
- Conduct proactive risk management and adjust projects to prevent quality issues and overruns.
- Evaluate projects after completion and document Lessons Learned for future improvements.
- Periodically report to management on project status via the Project Review Process.
- Assist in producing fixed quotes regarding scope, planning, and risk analyses.
- Implement structured project management methodologies and continuously improve project approaches.

Requirements
- Minimum HBO education in a technical field with WO working and thinking level.
- IPMA B certificate or comparable certification such as Prince2 (preferred).
- Seven to ten years of relevant experience with complex projects, preferably several years in turnkey contracts.
- Fluent in Dutch (preferred) and English, both spoken and written.
- Knowledge of German and/or French (preferred).
- Strong project management methodology and practical, proactive attitude.
