Paques Europe, een innovatief toonaangevend technologiebedrijf voor afvalwaterzuivering en biogasbehandeling, zoekt een Sales Manager om de commerciële groei in Europa te leiden. In deze rol bouw je een sterk partnernetwerk uit, genereert omzet en sluit complexe deals met kapitaalgoederen.

Als Sales Manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor het realiseren van verkoopdoelen in jouw regio binnen Europa. Je leidt het commerciële proces van prospectbenadering tot projectuitvoering, onderhoudt een sterk partnernetwerk en werkt nauw samen met collega's en projectmanagement.

Taken en verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Ontwikkelen en uitvoeren van het regio verkoopplan met specifieke omzet- en margedoelstellingen
  • Genereren van leads, benaderen van prospects en actief uitbreiden van het partnernetwerk van system integrators
  • Voeren van klantgesprekken, analyseren van behoeften en presenteren van Paques-oplossingen
  • Opstellen van offertes, volgen van verkooptrajecten en sluiten van deals
  • Uitvoeren van risicoanalyses en coördineren van Project Order Acceptance Meetings
  • Onderhouden van intensief contact met klanten en intermediairs gedurende het gehele verkoopproces
  • Overdragen van projecten aan projectmanagement en monitoren van voortgang
  • Bijdragen aan marketinginitiatieven en profilering van Paques Europe in de regio

  • Afgeronde hbo-opleiding
  • Minimaal 6 jaar ervaring met internationale technische sales trajecten
  • Aantoonbare ervaring met verkoop van kapitaalgoederen in procesindustrie met een plus voor watertechnologie
  • Sterke beheersing van Engels en Nederlands, Duits is een plus
  • Ervaring met projectmatige verkooptrajecten en risicoanalyse
