Wat ga je doen?
Als QHSE Manager ben je de drijvende kracht achter de implementatie en optimalisatie van kwaliteits-, gezondheids-, veiligheids- en milieustandaarden bij Paques Europe. Je stelt beleid op, onderzoekt afwijkingen, leidt rootcause-analyses en communiceert voortdurend met management, medewerkers en stakeholders om QHSE in alle operaties te integreren.
Taken en verantwoordelijkheden:
- Ontwikkelen, implementeren en beheren van beleid gerelateerd aan best practices en wet- en regelgeving
- Actualiseren en auditen van het Quality Management Systeem conform ISO 9001
- Onderzoeken en registreren van non-conformances en leiden van rootcause-analyses met corrigerende maatregelen
- Verzamelen, analyseren en rapporteren van QHSE-statistieken aan management
- Digitaliseren van QHSE-processen door implementatie van softwareapplicaties
- Ontwerpen en uitvoeren van trainingen voor medewerkers ter verbetering van QHSE-bewustzijn
- Leiden en revitaliseren van het BHV-team en coördineren van trainingen en oefeningen
- Ondersteunen van Commercial, Engineering en Operations bij QHSE-vraagstukken
