Wat ga je doen?
Als IT Digital Workplace Specialist ben je het centrale aanspreekpunt voor alles wat met digitale werkplekken te maken heeft. Je ondersteunt medewerkers bij hun dagelijkse ICT-behoeften, beheert Microsoft 365-omgevingen, draagt bij aan securitymaatregelen en werkt aan innovatieve projecten die de werkplek van morgen vormgeven.
- Registreren, analyseren en oplossen van incidenten en serviceverzoeken op eerste en tweede lijn
- Ondersteunen van werkplekken, mobiele devices, randapparatuur en printers
- Functionele ondersteuning van Microsoft 365 (Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, OneDrive)
- Uitvoeren van updates, patches en softwarebeheer volgens ICT-beleid
- Ondersteunen van device management via Microsoft Intune en Azure AD/Entra ID
- Beheren en testen van back-up- en herstelprocedures
- Meewerken aan ICT-projecten zoals migraties, systeemvernieuwing en securityverbeteringen
- Adviseren over optimaal gebruik van Microsoft 365 en verkennen van AI-toepassingen
- Inrichten en optimaliseren van SharePoint-sites en documentstructuren

- Salaris tussen €48.830,- en €61.086,- bruto per jaar (fulltime), afhankelijk van ervaring
- Contract van 28–40 uur per week met flexibiliteit
- 26 vakantiedagen plus 6 ATV-dagen (fulltime)

- HBO werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur richting ICT, informatiemanagement of Business IT
- Ervaring met servicedesk, werkplekbeheer of systeembeheer
- Basiskennis van Windows 11, Microsoft 365 (Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, OneDrive)
- Kennis van networking (wifi, VPN, DNS) en interesse in Intune, Azure AD/Entra ID
- Vertrouwdheid met ITIL-werkwijzen en ticketingsystemen
- Vloeiend Nederlands en Engels in woord en geschrift
