V. geef je richting aan de IT-infrastructuur en IT-dienstverlening binnen de gehele Paques Group, inclusief Paques Europe.
De functie verbindt wereldwijde software- en hardwarekeuzes met cybersecurity, data, leveranciers en internationale IT-teams.
Daarbij verschuift IT van reactieve ondersteuning naar een businesspartner die groei en efficiëntie ondersteunt.
Gezien de omvang van de organisatie wordt van de Global IT Manager verwacht dat hij/zij de volwassenheid van de IT-organisatie ontwikkelt naar een niveau van 'Managed & Controlled'.
- Taken en verantwoordelijkheden
- Ontwikkelen en onderhouden van de wereldwijde IT-koers, inclusief datanetwerken en informatiebeveiliging.
- Leiden van internationale IT-projecten binnen planning, scope en budget.
- Selecteren van IT-leveranciers en onderhouden van relaties met wereldwijde leveranciers en serviceproviders.
- Ontwikkelen en onderhouden van concernbreed IT-beleid voor infrastructuur, bedrijfsapplicaties, datagovernance, informatiebeveiliging en bedrijfscontinuïteit.
- Aansturen van wereldwijde netwerkinfrastructuur, softwarestandaarden en IT-systemen.
- Ondersteunen van cybersecurity en naleving van wet- en regelgeving, waaronder de AVG.
- Ontwikkelen en beheren van databeleid, informatiesystemen en datagovernance.
- Aansturen en ontwikkelen van het IT-team van Paques Europe en functioneel leidinggeven aan internationale IT-teams.
- Zorgdragen voor de implementatie en borging van de IT-richtlijnen en security policies van Skion Water binnen de Paques-organisatie en onderhouden van de samenwerking met de centrale IT-organisatie van Skion Water.
In deze functie rapporteer je hiërarchisch aan de Managing Director van Paques Europe en functioneel aan de CEO van Paques.
Vanuit deze rol werk je daarnaast nauw samen met de IT-verantwoordelijken binnen Skion Water om de aansluiting op groepsbrede IT-strategie, governance en security te waarborgen.
