Bij deze snelgroeiende scale-up neem je als COO de leiding over het team dat bouwt aan een schaalbare internationale operatie. Je speelt een sleutelrol in het vormgeven van het fundament onder de groeiambitie, met focus op uitbreiding naar de VS en Duitsland.
Wat ga je doen? Als COO/Director Supply Chain vertaal je het groeiplan naar processen, systemen, structuren én een sterk team. Je maakt productie en support schaalbaar, implementeert internationale logistiek en borgt kwaliteit in de Supply Chain. Daarmee leg je de basis voor de ambitie om marktleider te worden in wereldwijde bouwplaatsmonitoring.
Taken en verantwoordelijkheden:
- Leidinggeven aan de backoffice: Inkoop, Service en Productie bij externe partners
- Realiseren van schaalbare processen en systemen voor internationale groei
- Inrichten van de Supply Chain en logistieke operatie met aandacht voor lokale hubs
- Operationaliseren van nieuwe proposities
- Uitbouwen van compliance-, kwaliteits- en beveiligingsstandaarden
- Opzetten van operationele dashboards en KPI-structuur
- Vormgeven van onboardingstructuur en kennisborging
- Samenwerken met het MT om groeiversnelling en marktexpansie te realiseren
