We are looking for a driven and resourceful Talent Acquisition Specialist to own the full recruitment lifecycle across our global business. You will be the sole in-house recruiter, partnering directly with hiring managers across Technology, Product, Business Development, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, Procurement and Operations to attract and hire top talent. This is a high-ownership role for someone who thrives in an environment where they can build and refine processes, not just follow them. You will be the face of our employer brand to candidates and a trusted strategic partner internally.
What you're doing:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment across a variety of roles and departments, from intake through to offer.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team dynamics, and ideal candidate profiles.
- Source proactively using LinkedIn, TeamTailor, and other channels to build strong pipelines for both active and future hiring needs.
- Own the candidate experience, ensuring every applicant has a positive and professional interaction with us regardless of outcome.
- Write compelling job descriptions and post roles across relevant platforms.
- Screen, interview, and assess candidates, providing clear and structured feedback to hiring teams.
- Manage and continuously improve our TeamTailor ATS, keeping pipelines organised and data accurate.
- Track and report on key recruitment metrics including time to hire, pipeline conversion, and direct savings.
- Produce weekly and monthly reporting for the exec team.
- Stay current on talent market trends within the SaaS and procurement space to advise on hiring strategy.
- Partner with our existing recruitment agencies on our PSL.
What we're looking for:
- 3 to 5 years of talent acquisition experience, ideally within procurement or technology (valued, not essential).
- Demonstrated ability to recruit across multiple functions including technical, go-to-market, and operational roles.
- Strong sourcing skills with experience building pipelines from scratch, not just managing inbound.
- Hands-on experience with an ATS; familiarity with TeamTailor is a plus.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills; you can challenge a hiring manager constructively and earn their trust quickly.
- A data-informed mindset with the ability to track, interpret, and act on recruiting metrics.
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously without dropping the ball.
- Clear, professional communicator, both in writing and in conversation.
- Comfortable working autonomously as the sole recruiter while remaining collaborative and connected to the wider team.
- Experience hiring in the UAE, US, and Europe is valued.
General:
- Ensure compliance with Nomia's data protection and information security policies.
- Hybrid work model: 3 days per week in office required, with flexibility based on training or team needs.
- Promote inclusivity, innovation, and ethics always.
- Be adaptable and proactive in learning new tools, techniques, and methods as the company evolves.
