Nomia helps companies reduce cost, manage risk, and increase efficiency for non-strategic third-party spend.

We act as an extension of our customers' procurement teams, executing the end-to-end sourcing, supplier onboarding, and contracting process for indirect spend.

We are a global team based in the UK, Singapore, Dubai, Poland, and the United States.

We are hiring a Senior Contracts Manager to join our Legal Team and lead on the customer side of the contracting process.

This is a senior, hands‑on role for someone who brings significant contracts experience and the confidence to own complex, high‑value negotiations.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Lead on the most complex, high-value and strategically significant contracts and negotiations, acting as an escalation point for the wider legal team.
  • Own the customer-side contracting process: drafting, negotiating, and finalising customer agreements to align terms with customer needs and Nomia's risk position.
  • Act as a senior legal point of contact for key customer relationships across the full contract lifecycle, from pre-sales through to renewal.
  • Review and amend a range of agreements: supplier and customer contracts, Saa S agreements, software licences, EULAs, MSAs and SOWs, purchase order terms, and agency agreements.
  • Negotiate with customers and suppliers to achieve business objectives and the right allocation of risk.
  • Provide practical, commercial, and concise legal advice to teams across the business.
  • Maintain contracts registers and contract management systems, and keep legal templates current.
  • Instruct and apply advice from external counsel in non-UK jurisdictions.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • Legal training (law degree, LPC, GDL) and strong practical experience in commercial contracts.
  • In-house experience across a range of commercial agreements, ideally in IT or as a reseller for a multinational business.
  • Good knowledge of contract law, with exposure to the added complexities of cross-border agreements.
  • Sound understanding of data protection legislation and its relevance to commercial transactions.
  • A confident, independent decision-maker who balances legal and commercial priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, able to translate legal issues for non-legal stakeholders without jargon.
  • Strong organisation, attention to detail, and negotiation skills.
  • HOW WE WORK
  • Hybrid, with 3 days per week in the office.
  • A global, collaborative team that values diversity, inclusion, and continuous improvement.
