The Legal Assistant – Contract Administration role at Nomia Ltd provides administrative and legal support across the business, working closely with Sales, Operations, Compliance, Procurement, and Management to ensure responsive legal services.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Support contract management: create, maintain contracts registers, produce reports, promote CMS, improve CMS usage.
- Maintain legal files and databases.
- Assist with legal compliance research.
- Support corporate governance: board materials, resolutions, meeting minutes.
- Assist with regulatory filings and licenses.
- Provide administrative support to the legal team and instruct external counsel.
- Update legal templates and ensure they remain accurate and consistent.
- Facilitate electronic contracts and signatures.
- Communicate with stakeholders to understand requirements and keep line manager updated on workload.
- Adhere to sentence times and business priorities.
