The Role: Senior User Research Consultant Location: UK-based hybrid, with offices in Bournemouth, Bristol, London and Manchester you can work from either What we’re looking for You\’re a seasoned UX researcher with a track record of leading projects, on paper that looks like minimum 3 years experience. We value experience in agency environments, where you\’ve finessed the ability to manage client relationships and drive projects to success. Your skills include usability testing, user research and the ability to translate complex ideas into elegant, user-friendly digital solutions. You\’re adept at facilitating workshops and comfortable presenting to all stakeholders. A solid understanding of current UX methodologies and tools is essential, as well as the ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create user-centric designs. And finally, experienced in commercial UX research, not just academic. What you\’ll be doing Lead and manage user experience projects from conception through to execution Conduct user research, synthesize findings, and translate insights into actionable design recommendations Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mock-ups using industry-standard tools Collaborate closely with designers, developers, and clients to ensure user-centred design principles are applied Mentor junior team members and contribute to continuous improvement Stay up-to-date with the latest UX trends and methodologies to continuously improve our processes and deliverables How you\’ll work Constant curiosity : You can think critically and understand the data, knowing where you need to take action.
