We are seeking a Paralegal with commercial contracts expertise to join our client part-time on a hybrid basis, attending the Cambridge office one day a month. The role has an immediate start. The initial term is 3 months with a potential to convert to a permanent in-house position.
Our client is a UK-based company specialising in flexible electronics. You will support the legal counsel in reviewing a variety of commercial contracts across the organisation.
Responsibilities- Handle NDAs and standard commercial contracts using existing templates and guidance.
- Support contract reviews and contract administration (tracking, filing, keeping workflows moving).
- Assist with company secretarial / governance administration under the General Counsel’s supervision.
- Help keep the legal function responsive and agile by taking on work that would otherwise sit with senior lawyers.
- Proven experience as a paralegal in commercial contracts (in-house or private practice).
- Strong attention to detail, organized, good communication, and ability to work independently.
- A genuine interest in technology.
