As we continue to expand, we're looking for an experienced and proactive Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team on a maternity cover contract.
Reporting directly to the Founder, you'll oversee all brand marketing activity, manage key agency relationships, lead product launch campaigns, and ensure our brand is represented consistently across every client touchpoint.
THE ROLE
As Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for planning and delivering integrated marketing initiatives that strengthen the Nomadic brand and support business growth.
You'll work cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners to execute campaigns, develop engaging organic content, manage events and partnerships, and oversee the creative output of our in-house Graphic Designer.
This role requires someone who is both strategic and hands-on, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Continue the strategic direction of our marketing efforts in collaboration with the senior leadership team.
- Create quarterly marketing plans to achieve company goals, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
- Brand Management
- Lead and protect the Nomadic Watches brand across all customer touchpoints.
- Develop and implement annual and seasonal marketing plans aligned with business objectives.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging, tone of voice and visual identity across all channels.
- Campaign & Product Launch Management
- Plan and deliver end-to-end marketing/product launch campaigns.
- Coordinate integrated marketing campaigns across digital, out-of-home (OOH), email, PR and social media.
- Measure campaign performance and provide insights to optimise future activity.
- Content Marketing
- Develop and oversee the organic content strategy across social media and owned channels.
- Plan content calendars and manage our in-house Graphic Designer to create engaging creative assets.
- Identify opportunities to increase brand awareness and community engagement.
- Agency & Stakeholder Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for external marketing partners, including:
- Email Marketing Agency
- Media Buying Agency
- PR Agency
- Manage campaign briefs, timelines, budgets and performance.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered successfully.
- Events, Partnerships & Retail Marketing
- Plan and deliver brand events and customer experiences.
- Develop and manage strategic brand partnerships and collaborations.
- Coordinate retailer marketing activity, including point-of-sale materials and display stands.
- Ensure consistent brand presentation across retail partners.
- Team Management
- Manage and support the in-house Graphic Designer.
- Provide clear creative direction, feedback and workload planning.
- Foster a collaborative and creative working environment.
- Reporting & Budget Management
- Monitor marketing budgets and campaign spend.
- Analyse performance across campaigns and channels using relevant reporting tools.
- Present campaign results and recommendations to senior leadership.
ABOUT YOU
You’ll be an organised, creative and commercially minded marketer who enjoys balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field with solid understanding of fundamental marketing principles.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in marketing roles within e-commerce of luxury goods. Watch industry experience preferred.
- Experience managing integrated marketing campaigns from concept through to delivery.
- Strong brand marketing experience.
- Experience managing agencies and external partners.
- Excellent project management and organisational skills.
- Strong copywriting and communic`ation skills.
- Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Confident analysing campaign performance and making data-driven recommendations.
- Experience managing or mentoring creative team members.
DESIRABLE
- Experience within a premium, lifestyle, fashion or luxury brand.
- Experience organising events and brand activations.
- Knowledge of retail marketing and point-of-sale campaigns.
- Familiarity with Meta, Google Analytics, email marketing platforms and project management tools.
