  • Take full ownership of build quality for assembled watches
  • Identify root causes of defects (e.g. dust, handling errors, component issues)
  • Maintain strict clean working practices to minimise dust
  • Follow best in class workshop protocols (bench cleaning, tool control, air handling awareness)
  • Conduct in-process cosmetic and functional checks prior to Quality Control handover
  • Assist with stock counts and component handling
  • Receiving and checking deliveries
  • General workshop organisation and 5S standards

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • 2–3 years’ experience in watch assembly
  • Formal horology qualification (e.g. WOSTEP, BHI, or equivalent)
  • Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail
  • Experience working with small components and precision tools
  • Ability to regulate movements to defined accuracy targets
  • Ability to follow structured processes and quality standards

KEY BEHAVIOURS

  • Accountability: Owns rework and continuously improves personal quality
  • Continuous improvement: Proactively identifies ways to reduce defects
  • Team player: Works closely with QC and Service to optimise workflow
