Nomadic Watches is an independent watch brand on a mission to put Belfast on the watchmaking map, so that we can connect people to their roots and their big moments in life. We’re growing fast with a global customer base, award-winning team, and a new immersive flagship store in the heart of Belfast. As we scale, we’re seeking a passionate Sales Executive to join our team and deliver a truly unforgettable wow-worthy retail experience like no other.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service and ‘unreasonable hospitality’
- Confidently lead clients through the sales journey as a trusted guide
- Product training, research, client outreach, follow up emails and calls etc
- Create and maintain a positive and inclusive client experience.
- Ensure the store meets or exceeds sales and profit targets.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organisation of the store.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism.
- Implement and uphold Nomadic’s high standards for quality and service.
Requirements
- Proven experience in watches, luxury goods sales or similar role
- People person with the gift of the gab
- Passion for and understanding of the luxury watch market and industry trends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to build rapport with customers in person and online
- Self-motivated and results-driven with a track record of exceeding sales targets
- Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
- Flexible attitude and willing to attend to other duties as required within a fast-paced start-up environment
- Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays where required
