Nomadic Watches is an independent watch brand on a mission to put Belfast on the watchmaking map, so that we can connect people to their roots and their big moments in life. We’re growing fast with a global customer base, award-winning team, and a new immersive flagship store in the heart of Belfast. As we continue to expand, marketing is central to how we build our brand and connect with customers around the world.

We’re looking for a junior Marketing Executive to join our growing marketing team. This is a hands-on role for someone early in their career who wants to gain real experience across content creation, ecommerce, and day-to-day marketing operations.

You’ll work closely with the wider marketing team to support campaigns, create engaging content, and help bring the Nomadic brand to life across multiple channels. No two days will be the same, and this is a great opportunity for someone who wants to get fully involved in all areas of marketing within a growing brand.

Ideal Candidate

We’re looking for someone energetic, creative, and eager to get involved. You should be confident, personable, and not afraid to pick up a phone or jump in front of a camera when needed. This role would suit someone with a positive attitude who enjoys working as part of a team, brings ideas to the table, and is happy getting stuck into a variety of tasks - from creating social content to helping organise campaigns and supporting the wider team behind the scenes.

As a brand, Nomadic also gets the opportunity to work on some exciting partnerships and collaborations, so this role would suit someone who enjoys being part of creative projects and brand campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across digital channels
  • Create and edit content for social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok & YouTube
  • Support product launches with content creation and campaign coordination
  • Capture and produce photo/video content for social media and marketing use
  • Support influencer outreach and collaborations
  • Monitor social channels and engage with our audience
  • Assist with general marketing administration and day-to-day team support
  • Help organise content shoots, calendars, and campaign timelines
  • Maintain marketing assets, files, and internal documents
  • Coordinate with external partners, agencies, or suppliers where required

What we're looking for

  • 0–2 years experience in marketing, content creation, or a related field
  • Comfortable creating content using a phone or camera
  • Basic editing skills (Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut or similar)
  • Understanding of social media platforms and trends
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Proactive, hands-on, and eager to learn
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail
  • Interest in watches, fashion, or lifestyle brands is a plus
