Human Resources Business Advisor – part time £13,500 for 3 days per week term time only Hybrid working – with travel to schools across Coventry & Warwickshire FTC until March 31, 2026 The HR Business Advisor will provide professional HR advice and support to schools across Coventry and Warwickshire. The initial focus will be to support schools in managing sickness absence; however, it will be expected to cover all aspects of HR as required including disciplinary and grievances. The ideal HR Business Advisor will: * A Generalist HR practitioner * CIPD qualified with a number of years HR case work experience within public / private sector * Be confident, self-motivated, organised and flexible * Able to work accurately, with excellent attention to detail * Able to maintain a high level of confidentiality * Able to work independently and manage your own workload * Experience working with unions The HR Business Advisor will be responsible for: * Case work support with grade specific HR information, advice and support to achieve organisational aims and objectives * Providing advice and support on discipline, grievance, capability and employee relations issues and supporting and attending investigations / hearings and employment tribunals as appropriate * Providing advice and support on sickness absence including supporting of all levels of sickness absence meetings. * Interpreting and advising managers on conditions of service, employment procedures and employment law * Contributing to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures and work to ensure consistent application of due process This role would suit an experienced HR case worker who would enjoy working as part of a niche HR consultancy supporting local schools. You will be required to undertake an Enhanced DBS and to drive to attend meetings at various schools across Coventry and Warwickshire. This role is fixed term until March 31, 2026 What you will receive in return: * Part-time offering of 21 hours per week * Flexibility on days (to be agreed) * Term time working only * Annualised hours contract (based on 21 hours a week, 38 weeks a year) * Hybrid working between home and schools * Car mileage for school visits across the city * Pension My client Established in 2014, Threesixty HR provides HR and Learning & Development support to over a 100 Schools across Coventry and Warwickshire, including LA Maintained Schools, Voluntary Aided and Academies.
