Full time in the office in Merevale, Atherstone

Monday to Friday 8.30am – 5.30pm with 1 hour lunch

Are you an experienced Accounts Administrator who can provide financial business support to a small busy office? The Accounts Administrator will be responsible for:

  • Inputting purchase invoices and raising sales invoices
  • Control account reconciliations
  • Purchasing
  • Petty cash control
  • Analysing expenses
  • Creating nominal journals
  • Raising re-charge invoices
  • Utilities – contract renewal
  • Learning a new accounts software system which is specially used for farm and rural estate management

This role will suit an experienced financial Administrator who can manage their own workload and will be happy being part of a small office team who all work as part of a community to answer tenant and supplier queries. You will need to be able to drive due to the rural setting within the estate.
