THE ROLE – PASTRY COMMIS CHEF
The role of the pastry commis chef is to support senior chefs to successfully run the pastry section. Ideal pastry commis chef candidate should have:
- Prior experience in high end hotels/ restaurant pastry kitchens.
- Willingness and desire to learn and develop under the guidance of the Pastry management team.
- Prior experience working with freshly baked pastry products, freshly made ice creams and chocolate products as well as plated desserts.
- Ambition to grow and help support others around them for the success of the whole team.
