No Mad London is seeking an Overnight Chef de Partie to run the overnight kitchen, manage the late-night menu and In Room Dining requests, and ensure timely service while maintaining stock rotation and proper storage.

You will uphold food safety and hygiene standards, support the breakfast team for the next day, and coordinate with the Executive Chef and Kitchen leadership to keep the operation running 24/7.
