Welcome to NoMad London
We are looking for friendly and professional hostess/host to join our dining room team! Our host team is essentially our brand ambassador, always reflecting our core values and going above and beyond to welcome every single guest into the restaurant. The hostess/host is someone who has a natural ease with guests, is passionate about hospitality and willing to create a memorable experience for each and every guest. The ideal candidate must have experience working as a hostess/host or restaurant receptionist from a fast-paced and high-calibre restaurant.

- Always adhere to company policies and procedures, including but not exclusive of; H&S policies, HR policies; employee handbook.
- To role model The NoMad values, and bring them to life through each and every interaction.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Full and comprehensive knowledge of the OpenTable reservations system.
- In-depth knowledge of each outlet within the venue including table capacities, procedures, and team dynamics.
- Comprehensive understanding of both the company and the building’s history.
- 100-level knowledge of all beverage menus.
- 100-level knowledge of all food menus.
- Be the face of the outlet by greeting and leading the guests to their appropriate table or bar seating.
- Facilitating all guest requests where possible, and finding the “yes” where not possible.
- Aiding and assisting the Guest Relations team with any requests made by the guest and ensuring effective communication across all departments.
- Following reasonable instructions and requests made by management, including Maître D.
