We thrive to achieve our vision to be a thriving hotel combining the best of New York hospitality with London charm. Our values connect us; our behaviours guide us; and our non-negotiables drive us.
NoMad London offers different bar experiences: Twenty8 Bar is the gateway into the main restaurant, specialising in drink collaboration with the kitchen, aperitifs, and after dinner drinks. Side Hustle, awarded as Best International Hotel Bar at the 2025 Spirited Awards, offers a wide range of agave-based spirits and craft beers. We are looking for passionate and dedicated hospitality professionals who thrive in an environment of accountability and collaboration.
Barbacks are responsible for maintaining the organization and cleanliness of the bar while also assisting Bartenders with service. All barbacks must have a disciplined approach to studying and focus on improving their fluency in all departments. This includes but is not limited to spirit knowledge, cocktail history and timeline, classic cocktails, the London cocktail scene, and recognised industry professionals.
As a Barback, you have a specific set of responsibilities when you set up and break down the bar for service; this can include a variety of elements such as restocking, general organization, syrup production, and getting the bar detailed to receive guests. Barbacks must be able to explain and discuss all food dishes and menu cocktails available.
