THE ROLE - HOST/HOSTESS
We are looking for friendly and professional hostess/host to join our dining room team!
Ourhost team is essentially our brand ambassador, always reflecting our core values and going above and beyond to welcome every single guest into the restaurant.
The hostess/host is someone who has a natural ease with guests, is passionate about hospitality and willing to create a memorable experience to each and every guest.
Ideal candidate must experience working as hostess/host or restaurant receptionist from a fast-pace and high-calibre restaurant.

The Host is expected to
- Be professional at all the times
- Be a positive ambassador of The No Mad throughout your professional career with us.
- Always adhere to company policies and procedures, including but not exclusive of; H&S policies, HR policies; employee handbook.
- To role model The No Mad values, and bringing them to life through each and every interaction.
