No Mad London is seeking a passionate sommelier to join our Front of House team to present and sell wines that complement the menu and guest tastes.

Reporting to the Wine Director, you will participate in trainings and help develop the wine list.

Ideal candidates have experience in fast-paced fine dining, excellent presentation and communication, and a genuine passion for guest service.

WSET or equivalent qualification is preferred but not essential.
