THE ROLE - CHEF DE PARTIE
The role of the Chef de Partie is to successfully run a section as a part of the kitchen brigade. Ideal Chef de Partie candidate should have:
- Prior experience in high end hotels/restaurant kitchens, as well as high volume establishments.
- Ability to work well with others and support team members in a group setting.
- Ability to work in an organized fashion, maintaining a clean work area & uniform.
- Desire to learn and grow, as well as help support other team members.
- Ideally have chef de partie experience in working with a wood/coal burning grill.
