Overview
PURPOSE & IMPACT: Provides administrative support to the Supplier Assurance Team, including the management of systems and accurate maintenance of documentation to enable the smooth running of the team and its activities.
Responsibilities
- Provide day to day management and maintenance of the Supplier Assurance Systems.
- Maintain up-to-date status of key documents including Approved Supplier lists, Audit Plan, Supplier Certifications, Procedures and other supplier assurance due diligence documentation.
- Produce ad-hoc and regular reports to support investigations, issue resolution and supplier management decisions, including the provision of technical data and trend analysis as required.
- Act as main contact point for the 3rd party Audit provider, liaising with both the Audit provider and Supplier Assurance Managers to ensure a smooth and seamless delivery of the Audit Plan.
- Coordinate regular meetings with Audit provider, taking notes of the meetings including key decisions and actions.
- Maintain and update Supplier Assurance due diligence governance process as required.
- Support supplier onboarding and product launches by ensuring timely coordination and completion of Supplier Assurance gate keeping activities.
- Work closely with FSQR Data & Analytics Team to produce Supplier Assurance dashboards and reports, and ensuring the integrity of supplier performance data and metrics.
Supplier Audits
- Provide administrative support to the Head of Supplier Assurance in the creation of the annual third party audit plan.
- Liaise with third party audit providers to ensure audits are planned, delivered, and followed up effectively.
- Monitor delivery of the audit plan, providing status updates as required and escalating issues for resolution.
Qualifications
- Experience of working in a food safety, quality assurance, or supplier assurance within FMCG or food manufacturing business.
- Strong IT proficiency - including Office 365, data analysis and reporting tools (e.g. PowerBI).
- Experience of using and maintaining cloud based systems (e.g. Quor QMS system).
- HACCP/Food Safety qualification desirable.
- Experience working with third-party audit providers and/or global certification bodies desirable.
