We’re recruiting for an experienced Reward Manager to join our team. This role sits at the heart of a high‑performing function, where you’ll partner with senior stakeholders and help shape and deliver reward strategy across a portfolio of major European frozen food brands, including Birds Eye, Aunt Bessie’s, Findus and Goodfella’s Pizza.

About the role

The Reward Manager is responsible for the consistent application of Nomad Foods’ reward standards across the organisation, working in close partnership with HR and the wider business. You’ll lead or support the design and implementation of a range of compensation programmes, ensuring effective coordination across internal and external stakeholders.

Key accountabilities:

  • Lead job evaluation and benchmarking for assigned areas, including salary survey submissions (e.g. Mercer).
  • Champion understanding of job architecture and reward principles across HR and the wider business.
  • Provide guidance on off‑cycle decisions (job changes, salary adjustments, retention plans).
  • Ensure recommendations align with commercial priorities and business context.
  • Support the Head of Reward in designing and delivering reward programmes, with a focus on incentives.
  • Conduct market analysis, modelling and benchmarking to inform decisions.
  • Prepare materials and insights for senior governance forums (e.g. Exec / RemCo).

Global Mobility:

  • Oversee global mobility activity with support from external vendors (tax, immigration).
  • Ensure compliance, risk management and cost control while enabling business needs.

Reward Operations (Annual Cycle):

  • Support delivery of the annual reward cycle (salary review, bonus, LTIP administration).
  • Partner with HR and the business on data validation, communications and training.
  • Monitor benefits across geographies and recommend improvements to drive consistency and cost efficiency.
  • Provide guidance to local HR and payroll teams where required.

Projects:

  • Lead and deliver reward‑related projects through expertise and influence, working cross‑functionally with HR and Finance.

About you:

  • Proven experience managing compensation and benefits programmes in a multinational environment.
  • Strong experience in job evaluation (multiple methodologies preferred).
  • Advanced Excel and data analysis skills, with the ability to present insights clearly.
  • Knowledge of equal pay regulations is advantageous.
  • Fluent business English required; additional European languages beneficial.
  • Experience in medium‑to‑large multinational organisations.
  • Exposure to unionised and manufacturing environments is advantageous.
