We have an exciting opportunity for an HRIS Change Analyst to join our HR Technology transformation programme. This role supports the HRIS Change Manager in delivering change management activities that ensure the smooth and successful implementation of our HRIS programme. About the Role
As an HRIS Change Analyst, you’ll play a key role in planning, tracking and executing change management activities across our HRIS programme. You’ll partner closely with HR, Technology, and project teams to deliver communications, manage stakeholder and impact assessments, support training delivery, and ensure that all impacted teams are informed, engaged and ready for new ways of working. This role is essential in contributing to a unified “One Nomad” approach ensuring collaboration, consistency and readiness across markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the development and execution of change and communication plans aligned to project milestones.
- Maintain stakeholder maps, change impact assessments and readiness analysis.
- Coordinate and deliver communication activities including emails, FAQs, intranet updates and demo sessions.
- Support governance activities through accurate documentation, reporting and risk tracking.
- Conduct learning needs analysis and help translate system changes into user‑friendly training materials.
- Coordinate training logistics, track completion rates and gather feedback.
- Build strong partnerships with project managers, HRIS analysts, HR teams and SMEs to ensure alignment and adoption.
- Contribute to continuous improvement by applying lessons learned and enhancing change tools and processes.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Change Analyst or similar role.
- Experience supporting HRIS or large‑scale HR technology projects (preferred).
- Familiarity with change management methodologies and practices.
- Highly organised with strong communication and planning skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams).
- Collaborative, proactive and comfortable working in fast‑paced environments.
