  • Define and implement Power Platform governance, including environment strategy, architecture standards, DLP policies and ALM practices.
  • Establish and maintain secure‑by‑design and responsible AI principles, ensuring compliance with security, data and regulatory requirements.
  • Own the operational performance of solutions, including monitoring, reliability, incident management and support processes.
  • Develop reusable assets such as templates, components and “golden path” solutions to drive consistency and speed of delivery.
  • Lead the implementation of ALM practices using GitHub, pipelines and environment promotion strategies.
  • Manage stakeholder engagement across business, technology and external partners to ensure alignment and successful delivery.
  • Drive continuous improvement through measurement of delivery performance, adoption, automation benefits and solution quality.
  • Lead, coach and enable engineers and business “makers”, building capability across the organisation.
  • Support the lifecycle of AI and Copilot solutions, including governance, rollout, monitoring and optimisation.
