We have an excellent opportunity for a Commercial Operations Analyst to join us on a 6-month FTC.
About the role
Nomad Foods has implemented a Global Sales CRM system that is currently live in several European countries and expanding to impact over 450 users. The Sales CRM is central to the company\’s growth strategy, offering the opportunity to drive operational efficiency, generate valuable insights, and inform centralized decision‑making. To ensure the system continues to support the company’s strategic objectives and adapts to the needs of the expanding user base, an initial Sales CRM Centre of Expertise (COE) has been established.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for users across multiple markets, providing day‑to‑day support and guidance on CRM usage.
- Training & Knowledge Management: Maintain and continuously update the training platform, ensuring materials are relevant and accessible to users at all levels.
- Stakeholder Engagement & Community Building: Build and manage strong relationships with key users, sales teams, and senior stakeholders, including Sales Directors and Country Managers.
- Support the Senior Commercial Product Owner in managing the CRM backlog and creating the CRM roadmap by identifying opportunities for system improvements or new features based on market feedback.
- Strategic Innovation & Operational Simplification: Help drive the strategic agenda of innovation by promoting the CRM as a tool to simplify sales operations and uncover insights for business decision‑making.
- Ensure COE Governance & Control: Guard the COE governance and ways of working, ensuring documentation, processes, and formal meetings are maintained as planned.
About you
- Experience in Commercial or CRM operations.
- FMCG experience preferable.
- Knowledge and experience in sales processes and data analysis.
- Working across multiple teams and stakeholders.
- Able to prioritise tasks and manage workload effectively.
- Great written and verbal communication skills.
