We have an exciting opportunity for a Brand Campaign Manager to join Nomad Foods within our Brand function. In this role, you will support the development and delivery of best‑in‑class 360° campaigns across our portfolio of iconic brands, working across global and local markets. You will play a key role in managing campaigns end‑to‑end from initial briefing and creative development through to production and delivery across multiple channels. This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially aware and creatively driven marketer to partner with cross‑functional stakeholders and agencies, helping to deliver impactful brand campaigns that drive growth and strengthen brand equity across key categories.
Responsibilities
- Support the end‑to‑end development and delivery of integrated campaigns across priority categories and growth platforms.
- Contribute to creating clear, effective communication briefs in partnership with Portfolio teams, local markets and Insights.
- Work closely with creative, media and production agencies to deliver joined‑up, high‑quality campaigns.
- Support omni‑channel campaign execution across TV, digital, social and other platforms.
- Manage campaign timelines, production processes and key deliverables, ensuring on‑time delivery.
- Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure aligned execution.
- Bring a strong appreciation for creative excellence and support the delivery of high‑quality brand work.
- Act as a junior brand partner to Portfolio and local marketing teams, providing support on brand and communications topics.
- Support brand guardianship, ensuring consistency of brand identity across all channels and markets.
- Assist in competitor analysis and brand performance reviews to inform campaign development.
- Collaborate across teams (Shopper, E‑commerce, Insights, Sustainability) to ensure a consistent consumer experience.
About you
We’re looking for a passionate and proactive Brand / Campaign Manager with experience in campaign development and a strong interest in building and growing brands. You will be a detail‑oriented and collaborative individual who thrives in a fast‑paced, matrix environment and is confident working with multiple stakeholders and agency partners.
Key requirements
- Experience in campaign development, ideally within FMCG or a similar environment.
- Exposure to working with creative, media and production agencies.
- Understanding of multi‑channel marketing (TV, digital, social, etc.).
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage timelines and multiple priorities.
- Experience using insights to inform campaign development.
- Strong attention to detail, with a proactive, “can‑do” mindset.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Agency experience is beneficial but not essential.
