We have an exciting opportunity for you to join Nomad Foods as we undertake a Global Transformation project in our SAP system. This role would sit in the Source to Pay (S2P) team as an SME to support the effective delivery of this unique one-time transformation opportunity.

About the role… This role will be supporting the Lead SME and S2P Global Process Owner (GPO) with the creation of technical To Be materials to support business engagement and participation in change impact assessments. Activities will include:

  • Work as a self-directed and independent resource and act as subject matter expert to the Business and colleagues.
  • Be the key link between business, GPO, Lead SME and technical team.
  • Support the implementation of the Procurement process in S/4/Hana.
  • Key stakeholder management and engagement to get people on board with the transformation.
  • Be the driver of standardisation in S2P process which aligns to Nomad’s standard ways of working.
  • Support on creating change and engagement materials across the project.
  • Use of business cases to drive change management and creation of Procurement SOPs.

About you… We need someone who has a blend of technical expertise on Source to Pay processes within Procurement and has the personality and drive to really engage with stakeholders to drive change.

  • Proven experience of Source to Pay processes.
  • Strong understanding of SAP S/4 Hana (implementation and rollout preferred).
  • Has a background within Procurement and buying.
  • Extensive stakeholder management experience across all levels.
  • Ability to be a self-starter and work both independently and as part of a team.
  • SAP Ariba and SAP Business Network knowledge desired.
