Overview
This role is needed to lead the Nomad Foods delivery of the Financial Controls Project.
Responsibilities
- Own and manage the financial controls project plan covering all workstreams including any Technology delivery.
- Define, document, and manage the delivery of multiple medium to large technology initiatives from initiation through to closure.
- Own and manage the Technology Project Plan - Leading the delivery of Technical Solutions via a number of 3rd party vendors and ensuring adherence to Technology Governance processes.
- Liaise with third‑party suppliers and outsourced partners to coordinate delivery activities and resolve dependency risks
- Manage Nomad and Third Party deliverables ensuring that they adhere to Nomad guidelines/principles
- Coordinate cross‑functional contributors (e.g. GPOs, Business Analysts, Infrastructure, Solution Design, Service Delivery) to ensure delivery readiness
- Plan and manage cutover activities for production changes, ensuring agreement with relevant business and support teams
- Own and actively manage the project RAID log inputting into the wider Elevate RAID log where appropriate.
- Highlight risks and propose mitigation strategies
- Escalate issues to Programme Leadership and support with resolution
- Produce cost estimates and manage delivery against agreed budgets (Capex and Opex where applicable)
- Facilitate workshops and working sessions as required to progress delivery outcomes
