We have an exciting new opportunity for an IT Governance Manager to head up our IT Governance team. This role is extremely important as you will be responsible for identifying, managing and scoping requirements for all IT Governance activities - Operational and project, and lead teams across Governance & SAP Security in 22 Markets/ 6 clusters.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the compliance of all Technology owned IT SOX controls, and Audit of IT General Controls.
- Accountable for all Technology systems within scope of Audit/SOX, specifically the ERP’s for UK/Ireland, Adriatic’s and the 12 markets which will consolidate to 2 ERP’s by end of 2027.
- Accountable for the audit and controls related to other key systems such as sales, planning, HR and procurement.
- Set & implement the Governance strategy and drive department wide people engagement.
- Provide management oversight and expertise for the wider IT governance agenda, including IT policy management, IT risk management, systems access control, licensing, resilience and disaster recovery.
About you:
We are looking for someone who has a good understanding of IT governance policies and processes, extensive leadership experience as in this role you will have a global team that will be directly reporting into you. Below are a few must-have requirements to be successful in this position:
- Experience in developing and managing IT governance protocols, including IT general controls.
- Experience of developing and operating ITGCs in a SOX regulated environment.
- Possess highly developed interpersonal skills coupled with the drive and energy to play a central role in the development and improvement of appropriate controls for this fast-paced and evolving business.
- An IT or Governance professional with working experience in an audit, governance or compliance role at a management level.
- Able to interpret business risk areas in order to implement appropriate control measures.
- Experience of SAP authorisations, SAP GRC & SAP automated controls.
