Nomad Foods have invested in a Global Sales CRM capability that harmonises, simplifies and increases the maturity of Sales capability across our core European markets. We are currently seeking a Senior Product Owner who will be accountable for our CRM capabilities across Nomad; embedding best practice and delivering continuous improvement. The individual will be responsible for leading the product vision and strategy, managing the product roadmap and driving development of new features and capabilities for our SAP C4C solution.
Responsibilities
- Provide training and support to Sales teams on the use of CRM technology and Nomad best practices.
- Bring the CRM community together across markets to share best practice and learn from each other.
- Drive adoption of the CRM tool; ensure usage & data completeness.
- Define the product vision, roadmap and strategy of the Sales Operations Centre of Excellence.
- Lead cross-functional teams in the design, development, and implementation of continuous improvements of our CRM tool (SAP C4C).
- Embed the insight gathered through the CRM (e.g. level of out of stocks, retail media execution) into business performance tracking across departments.
- Lead analytics that utilise the data gathered through the CRM tool to provide actionable recommendations on how to improve our in-store execution.
Qualifications
Essential
- 3+ years of experience as a product owner of Sales CRM software.
- Strong understanding of Commercial process and the role CRM systems can/should play in enhancing them.
- Experience with SAP Cloud 4 Customer Software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams.
Desirable
- Previous experience delivering transformation/significant process change.
- Commercial experience in a multi-national FMCG/CPG.
- Project Management and/or Change Management.
