Overview

PURPOSE & IMPACT:

The HRIS Analyst plays a key role in supporting and enhancing the global HR technology landscape, with a primary focus on SAP SuccessFactors. This role ensures the smooth operation, continuous improvement, and data integrity of our HR systems, enabling the HR function to deliver strategic value across Nomad Foods.

With a strong foundation in SAP SuccessFactors—particularly in EC, Compensation, PMGM, and Time modules—the individual brings hands-on experience in providing day-to-day system administration and business-as-usual support within HR functions.

We need someone who is proactive, adaptable, and a methodical team player, that is known for excellent interpersonal skills and has the ability to thrive under pressure while managing multiple tasks. Responsibilities

Operational Support

  • Provide day-to-day administrative and technical support for SAP SuccessFactors, including EC, Compensation, PMGM, and Time modules
  • Act as first-line support for HRIS queries and coordinate with stakeholders to resolve issues, escalating if needed
  • Management of the team inbox within SLA timeframes
  • Support changes in HR reporting cycles (e.g., salary reviews, bonus cycles, talent reviews)
  • Perform other tasks as reasonably requested

Problem Solving & Root Cause Analysis

  • Lead investigations and root cause analysis for system or data issues
  • Propose and consult on solutions with stakeholders to determine the best course of action
  • Identify and advise on best practices and fit-for-purpose solutions
  • Work with third-party suppliers to resolve system errors and incidents
  • Create and execute test scripts for new system features, patches, and upgrades
  • Document test results and ensure issues are tracked and resolved before deployment

System Development & Process Optimisation

  • Collaborate with the HRIS Improvement Project team, IT, and external partners to implement system process improvements
  • Continue to drive enhancements post-project to embed long-term value
  • Play a key role in system testing, upgrades, and development initiatives
  • Identify opportunities for automation and process optimisation
  • Translate technical system updates into clear, user-friendly communications for HR and business users
  • Participate in cross-functional meetings to represent HRIS interests and provide system insights
  • Stay up to date with HR technology trends and best practices to support continuous improvement

Data, Reporting & Analytics

  • Develop and maintain HR dashboards and metrics
  • Gather, cleanse, and analyse HR data to provide insights and recommendations, ensuring high levels of data accuracy
  • Produce accurate, timely, and insightful reports for HR and business stakeholders, automating and simplifying where possible

Compliance & Governance

  • Ensure system configurations and processes are consistent across regions while accommodating local compliance needs
  • Ensure data management aligns with GDPR and data protection laws
  • Support data governance and provide evidence for quarterly SOX controls
  • Provide governance and training to maximize the value of HR IT systems
  • Develop and deliver training materials or sessions for HR users to ensure effective system adoption
  • Maintain user guides and documentation to support self-service and reduce support queries

Qualifications

  • Proven experience providing BAU support for SAP SuccessFactors within an HR environment
  • Hands-on experience with EC, Compensation, PMGM, and Time modules
  • SAP SuccessFactors certification or advanced system knowledge preferred
  • Experience with SQL, SharePoint, and HR analytics tools (e.g., SF People Stories, Power BI)
  • Familiarity with AI tools and their application in HR is a plus
