Nomad Digital are on the look out for a Supply Chain Coordinator to join our global Procurement & Supply Chain department based in our Newcastle Office. The successful individual will be responsible for working in partnership with Nomad's suppliers to strengthen our global supply-chain. As Supply Chain Coordinator the candidate will be responsible for the planning, management and processing of all delivery processes to support global delivery projects against cost and delivery targets.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Supplier Management
- Supports the Procurement and Delivery teams regarding delivery of project activity and any associated processes and reporting requirements.
- Reports to Supply Chain Manager for internal project meetings ensuring that all requirements are met as per project deadlines and timeframes in addition to communicating with stakeholders as necessary.
- Actively challenge suppliers on the agreed conditions and dates to ensure accuracy (Daily review).
- Responsible for reaching Nomad's OTD (on‑time‐delivery) targets (Monthly KPI).
- Manage all logistics and stock requirements ensuring that adequate stock and lead‑time information is communicated to all supply chain and procurement team members.
- Inventory Management
- Deliver and where possible improve projected savings through efficient management and expedition of kitting and staging processes.
- Activity challenges call‑off delivery schedules and aligning with project owners and suppliers.
- Assist to reduce and safeguard the Rolling Material coverage.
- Contribute to global inventory reduction programme through timely reporting of project and supplier status, lead times etc to the Supply Chain Manager.
- Quality
- Resolve any service‑related quality issues by engaging internal teams including Product, Quality, QA and R&D through to completion.
- Contribute to the positive and effective management of Nomad RMA process.
- Compilation and profiling supplier related issues.
Qualification & Experience Requirements
- Degree in Supply Chain (Desirable).
- Experience of working in a supply chain role.
- Some experience of working in or managing projects representing supply chain as a function.
- Working knowledge of ERP/MRP Systems such as Oracle Netsuite.
- Working knowledge of supply chain processes and practices.
- Experience of leading and working within multi‑stakeholder groups across a decentralised organisation.
- Proficiency of Microsoft Office suite of programs (specifically Excel).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
