Position Overview:
Due to expansion we are looking for a driven and experienced sales professional to join the existing Nolte UK B2B Team. This role is remote and would suit candidates based in or around the North/ North East (M62 corridor).
This role would be ideal for someone who thrives on building relationships and identifying new opportunities with significant experience in kitchen sales and account growth/development, as well as experience of opening of new accounts .
The role reports into the National Sales Manager – UK. Please note that although this role is home based regular UK travel and some international travel is required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue market development opportunities through proactive gathering of market intelligence.
- Identify and address customer's needs in a timely manner.
- Conduct weekly and monthly activity reporting.
- Increase sales by introducing new customers, according to yearly set objectives. Develop annual budgets / forecasts.
- Build and maintain customer relationships in order to identify new opportunities and grow sales.
- Understand customer needs, build and maintain excellent relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Coordinate between the German / HQ factories and customers/account base.
Qualifications/experience:
- Proven experience (minimum 5 years) in new business sales and key account management, in the KBB industry.
- Proficiency in the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, with a demonstrated track record of building and converting sales opportunities.
- Strong commercial and sales acumen to generate sales and growth opportunities
- Exceptional relationship-building skills, especially with senior stakeholders.
- Self-driven, highly motivated, able to work independently and set priorities.
- Excellent time management, written and verbal communication skills and presentation skills.
- Computer literate and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Working arrangements
- Location: Field Based (M62 Corridor) / Work from home / Requirement to be in the Nolte UK HQ (Wilmslow) occasionally
- UK and international travel including overnight to suit the needs of the business.
- Full time (40 hours a week – Monday to Friday)
- Driving licence required (maximum 6 points).
