The Role: Trading Manager. Weâre looking for a commercially sharp, dataâdriven Trading Manager to own and drive Noli's dayâtoâday and weekly trading performance â turning insight into action and action into measurable growth. Youâll sit at the centre of our commercial engine, collaborating across brand partnerships, marketing, product, and content to ensure our campaigns, digital shelves, and customer journeys are optimised for both performance and profitability. This is a highâimpact role where youâll shape how millions of customers discover the best of beauty at Noli.
What Youâll Do:
- Commercial Performance: Own weekly/monthly trading performance across categories â sales, conversion, margin, and customer metrics. Identify trading risks & growth opportunities, recommending dataâled actions. Deliver actionable performance readouts to leadership and crossâfunctional teams. Partner with analytics to optimise assortment, pricing, and promotions to drive GMV and margin.
- Trading Calendar & Campaigns: Build and manage the trading calendar across key seasons, launches, and brand activations. Partner with brand, content and marketing to deliver aligned promotional campaigns. Ensure flawless execution of product launches and seasonal moments â maximising visibility & sellâthrough. Collaborate with product and content teams on onâsite experience and product placement. Monitor customer journeys and conversion funnels to identify friction points. Own homepage, category page, and PDP trading levers to balance storytelling + performance.
- CrossâFunctional Collaboration: Work closely with brand partnerships teams to align trading plans with supplier objectives. Collaborate with growth/CRM to connect onâsite trading with traffic and retention performance. Partner with data & finance on forecasting, budgets, and ROI tracking.
Qualifications:
- 5â7 years in eCommerce trading, digital merchandising, or commercial performance roles (beauty/fashion/lifestyle ideal).
- Proven ability to deliver sales, conversion, and margin growth through dataâled trading.
- Strong analytical mindset â able to turn numbers into meaningful action plans.
- Excellent commercial judgement with a customerâfirst approach.
- Experience working crossâfunctionally in fastâmoving digital environments.
