About the Role
As the Senior Product Designer at Noli, you are the functional lead for Product Design, responsible for elevating execution quality, innovation and systems thinking across our digital product. Reporting to the Creative Senior Manager, you will translate overarching design direction into best-in-class, end to end product experiences. You will personally lead the most complex and forward-looking initiatives, particularly AI-driven features and new experience concepts end to end, while setting the standard for craft, pace and product thinking across the product design team. This role combines hands-on design excellence with functional leadership. You are both a craft leader and deeply executional, owning critical journeys and shaping how product design operates day-to-day.
- Own the design of our most complex and high-impact initiatives from concept to launch.
- Functional Leadership of Product Design.
- Act as the most senior Product Designer and functional lead within the team.
- Mentor and guide the other Product Designers in craft, process and best practice.
- Ensure consistency in approach, thinking and execution quality.
- Embed strong product design rituals, critique culture and structured thinking.

- Lead the conceptualisation and execution of AI-powered beauty analysis and recommendation experiences.
- Translate complex AI capabilities into intuitive, trusted and delightful user interactions.
- Partner closely with AI engineers to align user experience with technical feasibility.
- Own Critical End-to-End Journeys.
- Take accountability for high-priority journeys across discovery, onboarding, analysis, recommendation and conversion.
- Ensure journeys are coherent, intuitive and commercially effective.
- Balance innovation with optimisation to drive measurable impact.
- Lead rapid prototyping and structured validation of new concepts before build commitment.
- Define clear design hypotheses and success metrics in partnership with Product and Data.
- Support user research activities and ensure insight translates into design decisions.
- Champion a strong test-and-learn culture within the product team.
- Evolve the Design System.
- Own and continuously improve the product design system and component library.
- Ensure scalability, consistency and efficiency across experiences.
- Align system evolution with the broader creative direction set by the Creative Senior Manager.

- Work in close partnership with Product, Engineering, AI, Brand, Marketing and Commercial teams.
- Contribute design-led thinking into roadmap discussions and prioritisation.
- Set the standard for strong design-engineering collaboration.
- Influence decisions through clarity, rationale and user-centred evidence.
- Translate creative direction, brand strategy, user insight and commercial goals into compelling end-to-end product experiences.
- Set and uphold the quality bar for interaction design, UX thinking and execution across the product.
Experience & Craft
- 5–7+ years of product design experience in high-growth digital or commerce environments.
- Experience mentoring or functionally leading other designers.
- Strong understanding of how to scale design quality through systems and process.
- Ability to balance creativity with structure and delivery discipline.
- Strong interest in AI, machine learning and emerging interaction paradigms.
- Ability to simplify complex systems into intuitive, human experiences.
- Bonus: experience with conversational design or AI-powered products.
Technical Fluency
- Strong prototyping capability including tools such as Lovable.
- Good understanding of front-end principles and technical constraints.
- Comfortable working in agile environments and fast sprint cycles.
