We’re looking for a high-impact People professional to support both day-to-day People operations and strategic initiatives. This is a broad, hands-on role where you’ll work across the full employee lifecycle while helping us scale culture, performance, and engagement. You’ll partner closely with the People Director and collaborate across the business.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Own the Employee Experience
- Support the full employee lifecycle (onboarding → offboarding)
- Deliver an exceptional onboarding experience
- Act as a trusted first point of contact for employees & managers
- Use data to identify trends & inform decisions
- Support workforce & organisational planning
- Improve and scale People processes
- Support performance, career & reward cycles
- Ensure policies are clear, compliant & user-friendly
- Benchmark and introduce best practices
- Support townhalls, leadership updates & SteerCo prep
- Assist with board & investor materials
- Own People or cross-functional projects
- Provide adaptable, hands‑on support to leadership
