This role ensures effective maintenance, regulatory compliance, and optimal asset performance in a cost-effective and timely manner.\\n\\nThe ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, project management skills, and experience in fire and life safety regulations.\\n\\nExample of Responsibilities: \\n\\nManaging the strategic performance and maintenance of life safety assets within budget.\\nEnsuring statutory compliance with fire detection, alarms, hydrants, suppression systems, smoke control, sprinklers, and passive fire protection.\\nLead internal project workstreams, manage contracts, and oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources.\\nMaintain compliance records, conduct audits, liaise with external auditors, and ensure adherence to fire and life safety regulations.\\nAssess facility and asset conditions, identify risks, and propose long-term maintenance and improvement plans.\\nUtilise systems like TABS FM (CMMS) and Power BI for compliance tracking, reporting, and process improvements.\\nAct as a key point of contact for life safety incidents, coordinate responses, and develop contingency plans.Skills Required: \\n\\nProven background in fire safety and compliance\\nStrong organisation and project management skills\\nHealth and safety qualification such as NEBOSH is desirable however not essential\\nStrong communication skills\\nMust be eligible to work in the UKNolan Recruitment are acting as an employment agency.
