Nolan Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of a respected property company seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Negotiator to join their growing team.
About the role
You will manage a portfolio of properties across Assisted Move and Part Exchange schemes, negotiate offers, liaise with buyers and vendors, and ensure a smooth sales process from start to finish. You will also provide regular market updates, complete Anti-Money Laundering checks, maintain accurate CRM records, and deliver outstanding customer service throughout each transaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of properties across Assisted Move and Part Exchange schemes.
- Provide regular feedback and market updates to vendors.
- Negotiate offers between buyers, vendors, and developer clients.
- Complete essential Anti-Money Laundering checks on prospective buyers.
- Produce accurate memorandum of sales and maintain compliant records.
- Build strong relationships with buyers, vendors, local agents, and internal teams.
- Maintain up-to-date records within the CRM system.
- Deliver excellent customer service and manage expectations throughout the sales process.
- Prepare weekly activity and property status reports.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Strong customer service focus with the ability to manage expectations professionally.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Confident using Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Able to prioritise workload effectively and manage a busy caseload.
- High level of organisation and attention to detail.
- Ability to problem-solve and remain calm under pressure.
- Previous experience working as a Sales Negotiator.
